Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. She started competing in fitness shows when she was 16 after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She was just 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She first began to participate in fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her university education. In 2015, she came back to the stage and competed in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for several years after her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. For 2009 alone, 4 more fitness titles were added to her list. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel took her first six years of competition to get her degree from the college she attended. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut occurred in the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. She finished in 3rd place during the event. In the summer of 2016, she won her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th at the level of Fitness even though she not having any expectations. It's not surprising that she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her physique each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. The warm-up is done prior to moving onto sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. She does this by super making sure she is doing all her back exercises doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this kind of routine twice per week. One day would be lightweight day, and another heavier weight day.
